How many people can travel at once?
The ferry has a maximum capacity of 10 passengers per crossing.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If the river is too high or visibility is too poor, we will not be able to run crossings that day.
Does the ferry run in winter?
No, the ferry operates seasonally and will not run through the winter months. This first year is a test season for us to see how things go.
Is the ferry dog friendly?
Yes, dogs travel completely free of charge. The route straight across the river also leads to some brilliant dog walking paths on the other side.
What are the pickup points?
You can join the ferry at Evesham Lock, The Bridge Inn, or The Valley Country Park.
How do I book the ferry?
Call 07345 505050. This is our dedicated ferry line, and bookings cannot be taken through the pub's main number or social media.
What time does the kitchen serve Sunday roast until?
Our Sunday roast menu is served from midday until 9 pm, so there's plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed lunch without feeling rushed.
